Days and Times Available

	Fridays		3:00 (either or both gyms) or
			4:15 thru 6:20 (fun room only)

	Saturdays	12:20 thru 6:20 in the "Fun Room" *
			2:50 thru 6:50 in the "Main Gym" **

	Sundays		11:00 thru 5:00 in the "Fun Room"
			11:30 thru 3:30 in the "Main Gym"

	Monday thru
	Thursday	11:00 to 12:35 in the "Main Gym" or
			11:15 to 12:50 in the "Fun Room"


		*   Fun Room has 3 tramps and a pit, trapeze, tunnels, ropes, et al.
		**  Main Gym has 4 tramps, a long tumble track, pit, tunnels, and all
		    other normal gym equipment.



Format (except Saturdays)

	For nearly all parties the first 55 minutes will be spent in one of the two
	gyms with one or more instructors going over safety issues, basic tumbling
	and stretching; kids will then have unstructured play in the pits and on the
	trampolines.  Use of other equipment can be arranged.  All presents and other
	non-perishable items should be stored in the office area; perishable food
	should be placed in the freezer upstairs (get help from the manager).
	The final 40 minutes (eating and presents) will be upstairs.


Format for Saturday only

	The first 40 minutes will be spent in one of the two party rooms eating and
	opening presents; the last 55 minutes will be in the main gym or the fun room.


Safety and Age

	We are confident attending children will have an enjoyable and tiring experience.
	To help ensure that a needless injury does not spoil your party, safety rules
	will be strictly enforced.  Any child not following safety instructions will be
	asked to leave the gym with a responsible adult.  Children under the age of four
	should be watched by an adult, preferably their parent.

Deposit and Contract

	The deposit form and contract is due within one week after you book an
	actual party date.  This deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days before your
	party date.


Final Call In

	Please call us within five days of your party to confirm the number of attending
	children.  This will help us to ensure that you pay only for the number of coaches
	that you actually need.


Set-up Times (Saturdays only) and Room Departure

	Please come 10 minutes early on Saturdays (only) to set up your party room.  Parties
	should actually start no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.  Party
	rooms must be cleaned and vacated and all items removed when the children are escorted
	into the gym area.


Clean-up

	We request help in disposing of your paper goods and other on-the-table messes.
	We will do the floor and chair cleaning along with final table cleaning.
	Experience suggests that it is best to clean as you go along so that you do not
	feel rushed at the end.


What to Bring

	Since we only supply a room, tables and chairs for your eating time you might want
	to bring some or all of the following:

	tablecloths, matches (for candles), eating utensils, paper cups, napkins and plates,
	a large knife for cutting cake and a large bag or two for carrying presents down to
	your car.


What Not to Bring

	PLEASE:  NO Pinatas, Popcorn, Table Glitter Stars, or Confetti.
	We appreciate your cooperation.


Party Pace!

	The pace of your party should be carefully considered since all sizes of parties are
	allotted the same 40 minutes.  A small party may not need all 40 minutes and might be
	well served by scheduling only 1/2 hour for this part of the party.  Larger parties of
	25 or more children should start promptly and move along at a consistent pace.  For
	very large parties, there may not be enough time to open presents unless the party is
	for more than one child.
